Hello, we’re the Ticking Times team.
I’m an engineer and technology executive, born in 1970. Throughout my life, my interest in mathematics, physics, and mechanics has blended seamlessly with my analytical thinking skills and passion for problem-solving. Professionally, I’ve worked extensively on exam systems, assessment techniques, and artificial intelligence applications. Yet, there’s always been another passion close to my heart: Watches.
Now, I have the joy of sharing this passion with my son, who is currently studying medicine in Germany. Just like me, he believes that watches aren’t merely tools to measure time—they carry unique stories within them.
This shared passion gave birth to Ticking Times. Our mission is to introduce independent watch brands, quality watches that remain accessible, and designs that each tell a distinctive story. We firmly believe that quality doesn’t always have to come at a high price; real value extends far beyond the price tag.
Ticking Times is available in six languages because the love for watches is universal and knows no borders. Through our Turkish, English, German, French, Spanish, and Italian editions, we connect with watch enthusiasts from diverse cultures, exploring together the spirit of time.
